We are excited to announce a new release v2025.0.0 https://github.com/harmony-one/harmony/releases/tag/v2025.0.0 aimed at improving consensus and enhancing network stability. While this upgrade is mandatory for validators, there is no specific deadline for the upgrade, as it does not involve a hardfork.
For Explorer/RPC nodes, upgrading is strongly encouraged if you require support for the effectiveGasPrice field in transaction receipts.
Please upgrade your nodes at your earliest convenience. If you encounter any issues or need assistance, feel free to reach out to @sophoah or @ulad_proto on our network validator channels on Discord.
