WEGLD Token Sale 1
In Jun. 2019, Elrond closed a private investment round, raising $1.9 million from Binance Labs, Electric Capital, NGC Partners, Maven 11, and Woodstock. The round also included contributions from various angel investors. At the time, Elrond sold 3.8 billion ERD tokens in this private round. Upon Elrond's change in monetary policy and token redenomination, these ERD tokens amounted to 3.8 million EGLD.
